What taxes do I have to pay?
  Most of our products carry the standard rate of VAT which will be charged at the rate in force at the time. For any products that are exempt from VAT we will show this clearly at check out and no VAT will be charged.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "Login/My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us via the "Contact Us" area of the website for further assistance. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not despatch your order until we receive payment from you.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Once your order has been despatched we will e mail you a final invoice. If you need invoice details prior to receiving this please review order details in the "My Account" area of the website.
If I am due a credit, when will it appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) back and have checked them to ensure they are in good condition.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Charges are made to both credit and debit cards immediately on placing your order and will then appear on your account within normal timescales.
