|If your order has been despatched you will receive an E Mail from our parcel carrier. If this is not received within 3 days of placing your order please contact us using the "Contact Us" section of our site. We will respond within 24 hours.|
|What happens if any of the items I have ordered are out of stock?|
|We will contact you via e mail to advise and process a credit for any missing items.|
|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|Once the order has been placed and paid for it is no longer possible to amend an order. If you need more products please place an additional order. For all other queries please refer to our "Terms and Conditions of Supply" that can be found at the bottom of our home page.|
|How do I track my order?|
|Once your order has been despatched you will receive an E Mail from our parcel carrier. This contains details of how to track your order online.|
|When will my order be despatched and what are my delivery charges?|
|We will despatch your order as soon as we can but aim to ensure delivery no later than 5 working days from when you placed your order.
Our prices include delivery costs so there is no additional delivery charge.
|My order never arrived.|
|We aim to ensure delivery no later than 5 working days from when you placed your order. If this amount of time has lapsed please refer to the e mail you will have received from our parcel carrier.|
|An item is missing from my order.|
|We apologise for the inconvenience. Please refer to the e mail you will have received from our parcel carrier and contact them accordingly.|
